With over 25 years in sourcing & manufacturing, Rakesh’s key and proven strengths have been setting up sourcing offices, hiring and training dynamic teams to deliver quality products to clients.
Previously, Rakesh has been the Country Manager (India) for various international fashion brands such as All Saints, French Connection, Banana Republic and Kellwood. He was also a Joint Founder for another ultra-feminine contemporary womenswear brand from UK - Needle & Thread.
Vikram Bagga
COO
Vikram, co-founder Orange Sourcing, has been associated with the apparel sourcing business for more than 20 Years. He has worked with brands like Gap, Old Navy, Adidas, Reebok, Nordstrom, Dillards, New Look in the past. He has a vast sourcing experience from various origins like India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, Mauritius and Madagascar. Vikram’s key strengths are in the operations' area. He has a track record of setting up sustainable processes and protocols leading to operational excellence and smooth workflow within the organization.

PRODUCT INNOVATION AND DESIGN
An organic design capability through an in-house design studio and craft centre managed by three designers and over 30 artisans. Our design teams analyse trends and make specific collection for each customer. This supplements the customer’s in-house design efforts in bringing newness and trend.
TECHNICAL AND QUALITY CONTROL
